These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Protection Path website, landing pages, and forms (the "Service"). Protection Path and Policy Pipeline are brands owned and operated by Policy Pipeline LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What we do. Protection Path is a free service that connects people shopping for insurance with licensed insurance agents and agencies. We do not charge you. We make money by selling the information you submit, through Policy Pipeline, to licensed insurance agents and agencies who may contact you about insurance products.
We are not an insurance company
We are not an insurance company, insurance agent, or broker. We do not sell insurance, provide quotes, issue policies, or make coverage or pricing decisions. Nothing on the Service is insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice.
• Submitting a form does not mean you have applied for or bought insurance.
• We do not guarantee that any agent will contact you, that you will receive a quote, or that you will qualify for coverage or a particular rate.
• The agents and agencies who contact you are independent businesses, not our employees. They are solely responsible for their quotes, advice, products, and conduct.
• Coverage, prices, and availability are set by insurance companies and vary by person and state. Review any policy carefully with a licensed agent before you buy it.
Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to use the Service. By submitting a form, you confirm that:
• The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and is about you
• The phone number you provide is your own, or one you are authorized to use and give consent for
• You are submitting the form for yourself and not for anyone else, unless you are legally authorized to act for them
We may reject, remove, or decline to process any submission that appears false, incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicated.
Consent to be contacted and sale of your information
Contact consent. If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we and the licensed insurance agents and agencies that receive your information may call and text you at the number you provided, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and may email you, about insurance products. This applies even if your number is on a federal, state, or company Do Not Call list. The exact consent you give is shown on the form when you submit it.
• Your consent is not a condition of buying any product or service.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that sender, or HELP for help.
• You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including by contacting us at [email protected]. Agents who already received your information must be contacted directly.
Sale of your information. You understand and agree that we sell the information you submit to licensed insurance agents and agencies for a fee, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of future sales at any time using the steps in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use and our content
You agree not to:
• Submit false information, someone else's information, or a phone number you are not authorized to use
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit forms or collect data from the Service
• Interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Service or its security

Disclaimers and limits on our liability
No warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the acts, quotes, advice, or products of any insurance agent, agency, or carrier. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that result from your misuse of the Service, false information you submit, or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law, changes, and contact
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Other terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
