You control how Protection Path uses your information. Use this page to opt out of the sale of your information, stop calls and texts, or ask us to access, correct, or delete your information. We will never charge you or treat you differently for making a request.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you submit a quote request, we sell your information to licensed insurance agents and agencies through Policy Pipeline, our lead service for agents. We may also share information with advertising partners. You can tell us to stop at any time.

To opt out, fill out the form below. You do not need to create an account, and we only use what you enter to process your request.

What happens next. We will stop selling or sharing your information as soon as we can, and no later than 15 business days after we receive your request. Your request does not undo sales that already happened. If an agent already received your information, contact that agent directly to ask them to stop using it.

Global Privacy Control and cookies

If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for that browser. You do not need to do anything else.

To limit advertising cookies, you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Because opt-outs through cookies or GPC are tied to one browser and device, use the form above if you want your opt-out applied to your name, email, and phone number.

Stop calls, texts, and emails

• Texts: reply STOP to any text message.

• Emails: click the unsubscribe link in any email.

• Calls: tell the caller you want to stop receiving calls, or contact us using the details below.

These steps stop contact from Protection Path. Insurance agents who already received your information are separate businesses, so ask each agent who contacts you to stop. You can also add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.

Access, correct, or delete your information

Depending on your state, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you and who we sold or shared it with

• Send you a copy of your information

• Correct information that is wrong

• Delete your information

• Limit our use of sensitive information, such as health details

Verifying your identity. To protect your information, we will ask you to confirm details such as your name, email, and phone number before we share or delete anything. We do not need to verify your identity to process an opt-out.

Authorized agents. Someone else can make a request for you if you give them written permission. We may ask you to confirm your identity directly.

Timing and appeals. We respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need more time. If we deny your request, reply to our decision to appeal, and we will review it.
